I've used these guys twice for two pretty odd jobs. I have a Toto Washlet, which is a HUGE pain in the butt to install. I know because I did it myself the first time. When I moved houses I had Rushing come out and pull the toilet for me and swap out a toilet in the new place (which they also took back to the old house and installed) and then later they came back and installed the Toto Washlet in the new house.

Their install is so much cleaner than the job I did, much better looking and very very well-done. I'll be using them again anytime I have a plumbing need.

My bathroom floor was flooding after my toddler had put something in it and flushed who knows how many times... Rushing Plumbing came to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal. We wanted to go from an old leaky faucet, broken disposal, and sink that wasn't deep......to upgrades for all of them. I recently used the guys at Rushing Plumbing and I am more than pleased. I woke up over the weekend to a gas leak in my elbow joint to my house gas line. I called around and got the run around on why they couldn't come out or preparing me to spend a lot of money because it's something major. I tried to explain that Atmos had diagnosed the problem but nobody wanted to listen. I called Rushing and expected the same thing but MAN was I shocked. I had a serious need for an honest knowledgeable plumber and I knew that it would take 2 separate calls to handle my issues.
So because of Mr. Rushing s honest and completely trustworthy way of always doing business. I would not have thought of calling anyone but Mr. Rushing! PERIOD!
Mr. Rushing is ALWAYS aware of your time, need, an schedule. I can tell you he works on your schedule NOT his!
During the second trip , Mr. Rushing told me that I had an issue without his knowledge I would never had known what to do.
The first thing I would have done was spent at least $600.00 for something that I did NOT need to buy!
I already knew that Mr. Rushing was honest, knowledgeable, fair!
But he saved me sooo much money, time, headache on something that I didnt even need, again until he educated me! And Mr. Rushing is NOT a selfish person he will share his knowledge with you!

We had found a leak when we returned from a trip and Simpson answered my husband's call promptly and came over the SAME DAY to find source of leak and repair it within 2 hours. We had been waiting on our landlord's plumber for an entire week for a simple master shower repair. After getting fed up, we called Roto Rooter. They wouldn't be able to come out until 11PM. I found a huge puddle of water and water gushing out of the water valve outside of my house early one morning. I called about 6-7 of the local Forney area plumbers, even some who have a lot of Yelp reviews and even left messages; not a single one answered their phone. I finally found Rushing Plumbing and called; the gentleman answered immediately and gave me a timeline about an hour in the future. He arrived about 5 minutes early, immediately diagnosed the issue and was done within an hour or so. The faulty valve was removed, replaced correctly (the previous work was not done correctly) and new mortar was added. He was VERY clean in his work, gave explanations for everything he was doing and was very fair in his pricing. The work was extremely professional. I now have a go to plumbing service; I have no need to call anyone else. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Rushing Plumbing came to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal. We wanted to go from an old leaky faucet, broken disposal, and sink that wasn't deep......to upgrades for all of them. Simpson came and changed all of these out very quickly. They look and work great. The best thing of all.....the price was more than fair! Simpson does a great job of communicating what is needed and what is not. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied with everything before leaving.

We had a complete remodel of our master bath. Simpson built our shower pan, moved plumbing in the walls to accommodate fixture placement and capped of unused plumbing. He then came back after the tile people finished. He set fixtures and made sure all work was done to our satisfaction. Prices are on point. Work is second to none and all work is explained ahead of time and a perfect time table was given to us. Work was complete when he said. I recently used the guys at Rushing Plumbing and I am more than pleased. I woke up over the weekend to a gas leak in my elbow joint to my house gas line. I called around and got the run around on why they couldn't come out or preparing me to spend a lot of money because it's something major. I tried to explain that Atmos had diagnosed the problem but nobody wanted to listen. I called Rushing and expected the same thing but MAN was I shocked. I was greeted with professionalism and a thorough explanation of how the process had to go with the city. I had a few days of cold water but I was at ease after the conversation and didn't care, did I mention not once was the potential cost brought up to try and scare me. The repair has been done and I will use Rushing Plumbing for any future plumbing needs I ever have moving forward. To add to my review from my first two plumbing services.
I had a serious need for an honest knowledgeable plumber and I knew that it would take 2 separate calls to handle my issues.
So because of Mr. Rushing s honest and completely trustworthy way of always doing business. I would not have thought of calling anyone but Mr. Rushing! PERIOD!
Mr. Rushing is ALWAYS aware of your time, need, an schedule. I can tell you he works on your schedule NOT his!
During the second trip , Mr. Rushing told me that I had an issue without his knowledge I would never had known what to do.
The first thing I would have done was spent at least $600.00 for something that I did NOT need to buy!
I already knew that Mr. Rushing was honest, knowledgeable, fair!
But he saved me sooo much money, time, headache on something that I didnt even need, again until he educated me! And Mr. Rushing is NOT a selfish person he will share his knowledge with you!
This IS a FIVE STAR rating, but it more than qualifies for a TEN STAR rating.

Simpson and his assistant Adam were amazing. We had found a leak when we returned from a trip and Simpson answered my husband's call promptly and came over the SAME DAY to find source of leak and repair it within 2 hours. They even insisted on cleaning up the dry wall that had to be removed to repair leak. Courteous, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak in the ceiling tonight. I called Rushing Plumbing right away. They showed up within 30 mins this was 9:30 pm. They found the leak right away and got it fixed. Due to the winter storms, I had a busted pipe that resulted in my water being turned off for several hours last night. Mr. Rushing and his crew came to my rescue! They quickly repaired the pipe and my family was back to normal! Thank you, Rushing Plumbing!

Twice now, we have had Rushing Plumbing come out. The first was to have a kitchen faucet replaced. In the height of Covid, they wore masks and gloves, even when it made the job more difficult and uncomfortable for themselves. They were very conscientious.
The second was just tonight- 2-18-2021. We were without electricity for over two days AND then hit with those rolling blackouts during the blizzard. We had to seek refuge in a hotel. (The hotel was even without water, but warm.) We came back to check on the house last night to find the lower floor flooded in 3-4 inches of water. Two high pressure lines in the utility room ruptured, flooding our entire house. Rushing plumbing, swamped with other flooding, made time for us. They replaced and repaired the two copper lines that ruptured. They were so fast and so kind. I thought that with all they did, it’d be a huge bill, but they are reasonably priced for the amount of quality work they did. I am so grateful. We have water!

We had an issue with our water pressure. The city came out and checked everything on their end, then informed us we needed to get a plumber. I called around and no one could get us in the same day. With a baby, I was in desperate need to get it fixed immediately. Rushing Plumbing came out, arrived on time, and fixed it fast! Very friendly and outstanding customer service! My bathroom floor was flooding after my toddler had put something in it and flushed who knows how many times... Called Rushing Plumping around 9:00pm and he came with no hesitation in less than 30 minutes. He kept us up to date on what needed to be done and pricing with every thing he did. I had family for the Thanksgiving Week and everything was fine until everyone left and we noticed that the water was not draining normal. Then the back-up happened. I googled plumbers in the Forney area. Rushing was the 3rd one I called and the 1st to answer. Rushing plumbing came out and snaked my piped that were clogged. Rushing Plumbing was recommended to me by people on the Facebook marketplace when our water heater went out a few days ago. I wasn't really sure at first but I soon found out, these guys were amazing! We had tried turning the water off to the house before they came over but still had a trickle going that even the water company couldn't be bothered to come out and turn off. These guys were able to turn it off, no problem. They got the new water heater installed and even went up on the roof to ensure proper caulking around the exhaust vent because it's a gas water heater. They were able to come out and do all this within 24 hrs of calling them and the price was very reasonable. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Called them with an issue on a Delta shower fixture, it was late afternoon. They guided me gracefully through the process of self-repair in a time of desperation. (My wife would be home at 6 pm). The patience, insight, and free advice was unbelievable, for this day and age. Thanks for all the help and I would recommend this company over many others. Because I called several which told me to wait until tomorrow and we can send out a plumber, for a fee.
